After selling her restaurant, Cafe Beaujolais, and ending her bi-continental commute between California and a castle turned bed-and-breakfast in Austria in 2000, Margaret thought her days in the kitchen were over. But…nooooo. The food world beckoned once again, and since 2004, she has been happily ensconced as the Culinary Director of Harvest Markets in Mendocino and Fort Bragg.
